The time period begins once your vehicle is successfully delivered or you accept it at the dealership. If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return the vehicle to the Merchants dealership within the 7-day/500-mile window.

Subject to certain limitations, we'll accept your returned vehicle and provide a refund, except for any costs associated with transportation or banking or financing fees related to the transaction. Please note that we may refuse to accept the return of a vehicle if it's been in an accident or been damaged; had a lien; if any keys, books, manuals or accessories are missing; or if any upfits are made to the vehicle as part of the deal or after delivery.
