This cargo van offers an impressive fuel tank capacity of 31 gallons and offers a range of equipment packages and customized upfits to accommodate your budget and needs. Choose between two wheelbases, four engine types, and a number of available features, such as parking assistance, 4WD/AWD, Bluetooth audio, tire pressure monitoring system, and more. Both vehicles have the same towing and horsepower, but the Chevrolet Express Cargo Van 3500 offers more payload capacity (a ¾-ton vehicle versus 1-ton vehicle). 

Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Ranked #3 on U.S. News & World Report’s list of Best Full-Size Pickup Trucks for 2021, the Chevy Silverado was fully redesigned in 2019 with a sharper exterior and more driver assistance features than earlier models. A full-size, light-duty, half-ton truck, the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 is known for its towing capacity and variety of powerful, available engines. 

Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD
A heavy-duty, three-quarter-ton truck, the Silverado 2500 HD offers a maximum towing capacity of 18,500 lbs. (for newer models) with bigger frame rails and beefier springs. The HD has the option of a 6.6 L gas engine or a more powerful 6.6 L Duramax V8 mated to an Allison transmission.
 
The 2022 HD has front and curtain airbags, unlike the 2500. The HD also features larger interior leg room and bigger length/width/height wheelbase and bed length.

Chevrolet Silverado 3500
This one-ton model features a maximum towing capacity of 36,000 lbs. and has a higher MSRP than the 1500 or 2500. It features 300 horsepower at 4,440 rpms with a payload capacity of 4,088 lbs. Cruise control, dual front zone A/C, 4-wheel ABS, and a passenger airbag deactivation switch are also included.
